On Monday, was our first lesson of term 3 and the lesson was on the last period of the day. Mr Chua came in to our class angrily because some of our classmate went out without teacher permission. After that we greeted him and we sat down. Soon after, we sat down he told us to take out our planner to write down the notes for the next 2 term test and exam, also briefing of what we are going to do for the next 2 term. When we were done with the copying that Mr Chua told us to copy into our planner and everything he wanted to told us about next 2 term test or exam. As we need to learn 2 more text for this semester, before we learn the 2 text we need to buy the notes. Therefore, Mr Chua asked for literature rep but no one stood up cause nobody know who is the literature rep yet. So, he ask for our chairperson, Ray to collect $0.25 from everybody in order to get the literature text for us. After that, he gave each of us a worksheet. The worksheet is our first homework, we will told to go home search for the responsibility of each theatrical staff. We will then been group into Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. I'm in the Charlie group with the other 10 classmate. They are Kellynn, Zul, Keefe, Benedict, Hui Min, Wei ting, Vivien, Lionel, Ray, and Khairul. We have to fill in another worksheet about which position we want to be, director, actor, wardrobe, stage manager or set decorator. As for me I wanted to be the wardrobe, as I think i better at clothing.
On Thursday, we had our literature lesson for the first period. After we had greeted him, he told us to take our pencil box and literature file went outside to assembled, we went to the Aces gallery and we sat in our groups that was assigned last lesson. Everyone had settled down in group, he told us to discuss among the group, the position we want to be and the text we want to act. He walked around each groups and told us to show him the homework he told us to do. The homework is to filled up the worksheet, our group members who suit which position. At first I had done my homework but before going to the gallery I heard Mr Chua said later discuss and write down your group members position, so I thought I done wrong so I used correction tape to tape away my work. I learned my lesson listen carefully what others saying then I wouldn't make my mistake. Mr Chua told those who had not complete the work he told us to do last lesson went to a side to complete it. After everyone had done the work, we were back into our groups. As not every group had done the discussion we will been told to stay back for a while after school to complete the work. After school we went to Aces gallery, we sat in one line according to our groups. Everyone done the work as fast as they could so they could go home. Finally everyone is done with the work. My group chosen Romeo and Juliet. From this lesson I learn to be quick as time is precious.
